Turn a spreadsheet of contacts into one file anyone can import to save them all at once!

Nothing is converted yet. You will see every contact and any problems first. Files are read in memory and never stored.

Advanced: combine several files

Select up to 10 files at once, mixing spreadsheets and .vcf files. Hold Ctrl or Cmd to pick several.
A contact with the same phone or email as an earlier one is left out as a likely duplicate. You can add it back on the review page.
From .vcf files, only the name, phone, email, and birthday are kept. Addresses, photos, and notes are not carried over.

What the sheet needs

The first row should be column headers, with one contact per row below it. The easiest way to start is a template: Excel template or CSV template

Column	Accepted formats
Name Required or First Name + Last Name	Full name, like `Nafi Islam`
Phone Number Required or Phone, Mobile, Cell	Any format, like `123-456-7890` or `(123)-456-7890`. Without a country code, numbers are treated as US.
Email Optional or E-mail, Email Address	`nafi@example.com`
Birthday Optional or DOB, Birth Date	With or without a year, like `October 5`, `5-Oct`, `10/5`, or `10/5/2003`

Other columns, like Instagram, Venmo, or Notes, are ignored.
Accepts .xlsx or .csv, up to 3 MB and 2,000 contacts. Only the first sheet of an Excel file is read.
